About the Cancellation Policy

Individual Reservations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:
No-show (failure to arrive without notice): 100% of the room rate
Day of arrival: 100% of the room rate
Day before arrival: 50% of the room rate
3 days prior to arrival: 30% of the room rate

Reservations for 3+ Nights or 3+ Rooms

For reservations involving 3 or more rooms or a stay of 3 or more nights, we will contact you to confirm the details.
Please note that your reservation may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you by 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For reservations of 3 or more rooms, cancellation fees apply starting 10 days prior to arrival: 50% for 10–5 days prior; 100% for 4 days prior through the day of arrival (including no-shows).
